Clinic Coordinators
Susan is presently Head Men's and Women's Swim Coach at Swarthmore
College in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania where her swimmers are consistently represented at Division III NCAA National
Championships. Under her direction, 37 Swarthmore swimmers have achieved All American honors. Her teams consistently
finish in the top 2 at the Conference Championships and both teams have been conference champions. Susan is presently a
member of the NCAA National Swimming and Diving Committee for Division III and most recently received the NACDA Sears
Collegiate Championship Award.
Prior to joining the faculty at Swarthmore in 1974, Susan founded the women's swim team at her undergraduate alma
mater, Springfield College, in Massachusetts. While a teaching fellow at Smith College, Susan founded the competitive
swimming team while earning her Master of Science degree. Susan remains an active competitor in the equestrian sport of
3-Day Eventing and twice trained with the US Olympic Team in 1973 and 1977.

Mark Schubert
Mark Schubert is the USA National Team Head Coach. Mark served as
the Head Olympic Coach for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing and will serve as the Head Coach for the
2012 Olympics in London. He was the Head Coach at The University of
Southern California from 1992 thru 2006. His collegiate teams at The
University of Southern California and The University of Texas have won
three NCAA team titles and have won 47 NCAA individual titles. Last
August, 2004 in Athens, Greece, Schubert serving as head women's coach
served his seventh consecutive USA Olympic coaching selection.
In his 34 years of coaching, Schubert has placed 33 swimmers on eight
USA Olympic teams. These athletes have won 20 gold, 11 silver medals,
and 2 bronze medal in Olympic Competition. They have won 21 world
championship titles. Even more impressive, Schubert's swimmers have
broken 30 world and 148 American records and have won more than 200 U.S.
national titles. His most prominent swimmers include Lindsay Benko,
Kaitlin Sandeno, Eric Vendt, Kalyn Keller, Lenny Krayzelburg, Brad
Bridgewater, Janet Evans, Kristine Quance, Tiffany Cohen, Mary T.
Meagher, Mike O'Brien, Dara Torres, Sippy Woodhead, Jesse Vassallo,
Brian Goodell and Shirley Babashoff.

Jill Greenleaf
Jill Belding
Greenleaf has been the
Assistant Director of the Eastern and Central States Swim Clinics
since 1998.
Jill is presently the head coach of Skidmore College
men's and women's swimming and diving programs and is chairman of the
New York State Women's Collegiate Athletic Association.
Prior to joining Skidmore, Jill served as a teaching associate and an
assistant coach at Smith College (2000-2002) while earning her master's
degree. She was an assistant coach at Eastern Connecticut State
University during 1999-2000 season.
While a student/athlete at Swarthmore College, Jill was a four-time NCAA
Division III All-American and held numerous conference and college
records.
